Where Macksride transportation provide services?
We provide transport services for MCO and Sanford airport, Disney Resorts and Hotels, Port canaveral and all tourist points within Orlando.
I receive a confirmation after I book my ride?
Yes, All confirmation emails are sent out within max 5 hours of receipt, however most confirmations are emailed within next 30 mins.(Except Sunday)
Is there any hidden charges on online reservation system?
No, there is no additional charges. upto 3 baby seats are free, luggage, extra stop, tolls, tax include in the reservation. Except driver gratuity, this is between you and driver.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We understand your travel plans may change and other circumstances may arise. With that in mind, MacksRide transportation has a very simple cancellation policy. Just give us 24 hours notice within our business hours prior to your pickup time and we will refund your amount. Refunds normally show up on your account within 2 business days depending upon the credit card and issuing bank. MacksRide Transportation will not refund payment if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-show.
How do i make a reservation?
Anyone can make a reservation with our online system or by telephone. You can call our customer service number at +1 689 255-4777 and one of our reservation specialist will be happy to assist your needs or simply Book Now and reserve online. If you are not a frequent traveler, no problem, just submit request a call and you will receive a call for assistance.
How do I get local drop off or multiple location transfer services?
If you need local drop off from your resort to any Disney location, Choose Point to Point in our reservation system and book your ride or if you need multiple transfer, You can choose Round trip and complete the reservation and choose point to point reservation separately and complete the reservation with adding a note. Once you confirm both reservations. we will combine all reservations in our system and send you a confirmation with the combined payment. You can choose to call services at our customer service number at +1 (689) 255-4777 We will provide service according to your request for multiple transportations for different locations.
What happens if my flight changes?
If your flight information changes, send email if its more than 2 days. Or please call us immediately if less than 2 days so that we avoid any inconvenience for you.
What are the Florida car seat laws?
The state of Florida constitutes 316.613, and all children traveling in a vehicle must be provided with protection. Therefore, children ages 0-5 must be in a car seat or booster seat. Children from ages 0-3 must be in a forward-facing car seat. Children from 4-7 must be securely fastened in a booster seat. Need to be prearranged when booking.
How will i find my driver at the Orlando international airport?
Your driver will contact you by phone and greet you in the provided pickup area of the airport. (Please be assured of the correct contact number)
Are your vehicles insured and permitted?
All our SUVs and VANS are state inspected twice yearly for safety and have a 1 million dollar insurance policy. We also license all vehicles with the city of Orlando, Sanford, Port Canaveral and Orange County.
